Personal Training with Saul Salazar – BS, ACSM-CPT, PPSC
Born and raised in East Texas, Saul developed a strong work ethic and passion for health and fitness early in life. From 2014–2018, he served in the United States Marine Corps, where he built the resilience, discipline, and leadership skills that continue to define his coaching style.
After his service, Saul earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University – San Marcos, became an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and completed advanced training through Show Up Fitness. He has also worked as a physical therapy aide, deepening his understanding of human movement, rehabilitation, and performance.
Saul combines military discipline, scientific education, and real-world training experience to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
