I will take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. My aim is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals.
With over 15 years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I will show you the best equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Max, also known as MAX THE TRAINER, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and the Owner of Mansfield Fitness. Max has over a decade of personal training experience having worked for big corporate chain gyms like 24 Hour Fitness, Life Time Fitness and LA Fitness.
When he originally started working out, Max weighed 200 pounds, had 27% body fat and didn't feel great about himself. Ever since losing the weight, he has dedicated his life to a fitness lifestyle, personal development, and self-improvement. He has worked with and helped people of all walks of life including rehab patients, weight loss clients, elderly populations, fitness competitors, athletes and youth.
Although Max has indiscriminately trained people of almost every background you can think of, he specializes in WEIGHT LOSS, NUTRITION, PROGRAM DESIGN
& CORRECTIVE EXERCISE-which is one of the reasons why he uses the mantra,
"TRAINING IS MY SPORT". While the body is important, Max believes that the mind is more important because it is the driving force behind the vessel that is the body.
Max believes that the body is a reflection of what the mind can generate and in order to succeed in the gym or in any other aspects of your life, you must learn to master your mind in order to conquer your body. It's because of his philosophy that, when helping clients, Max takes a holistic approach towards training while encompassing mind, body and spirit.
In addition to his personal training career,
Max also has a passion for helping youth and people who struggle. To this end, he has often been an invited motivational speaker for the Accelerated Classroom Environment (now known as The Phoenix Academy) for the Mansfield Independent School District.
